The information on Al Watan Travel and our mobile app is provided by AL WATAN, Ward No. 35, Barejpara, Industrial Estate, Ambikapur, District Surguja, Chhattisgarh – 497001, India, for general booking purposes. By using our platform, you agree to this Disclaimer along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Al Watan Travel is only an online bus ticket booking platform. We act as a booking intermediary / facilitator.

• We do not own, operate or control any bus listed on our platform.
• The buses are owned and operated by independent bus operators, who are our partners.
• The travel service is provided solely by the respective bus operator, and your contract of travel is with the operator.

Some operators, buses, routes, fares, timings and seat availability on our platform are provided through third-party technology / API partners.

• We try to show accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all details are complete, correct or up to date at every moment.
• Seat availability is not guaranteed in real time, and a seat may become unavailable before booking is completed.
• If a third-party API or system fails, is unavailable or gives wrong data, and a booking is not completed or is affected, we are not liable for any resulting loss, apart from refunding any amount actually charged, as per our policies.

We are not responsible for:

• Bus delays, breakdowns, route changes or cancellations
• The condition of the vehicle, the driver's conduct, or onboard services
• Accidents, injury, theft, loss or damage to luggage or belongings during travel

For any such incident, please contact the bus operator and/or the insurance company that issued the policy at the time of booking. Claims must be made directly with them under their policy terms, not with Al Watan Travel.

• Passengers must give correct and complete details (name, age, gender, mobile number). Any loss caused by wrong details is the passenger's responsibility.
• Passengers must reach the boarding point on time and carry a valid photo ID proof.
• Late arrival, no-show or a missed bus is the passenger's own loss, and no refund is given.

• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and banks. We are not responsible for payment gateway failures, bank-side issues, network problems or delays outside our control.
• The convenience / platform fee is non-refundable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Al Watan Travel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our platform or from services provided by bus operators and other third parties. Our liability, if any, is limited as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Our platform may link to third-party websites or services (for example, payment gateways). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We try to keep our website and app running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or reasons beyond our control.
