Bookings and tickets
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and issuance of a valid ticket/PNR. Please verify passenger names, date, boarding point, and contact details immediately after booking. Digital or printed tickets should be carried as required by the operator.
Payments
Fares and charges displayed at checkout are payable through supported payment methods. Additional operator or convenience charges may apply where disclosed. Failed or incomplete payments may result in unconfirmed bookings.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are subject to operator rules and our Refund Policy. Change requests are not guaranteed and depend on seat availability and fare differences.
